- Initial consultation with me to give me a run down of your dieting history, your willingness to participate and a break down of any previous barriers.
- 12 weeks of personalised calorie and macro targets - these are reviewed weekly and take into account any upcoming events and periods estimation.
- Access to a recipe database with many household favourites just made macro friendly - think spaghetti, burgers, tacos, pancakes etc.
- Access to educational content - this is in order to teach you the why behind the process and help you stay on track.
- Individually set diet breaks - a diet break is a period of time back at maintenance calories - there are a few reasons for this (the main reasons being - to avoid calorie adaptation and avoid mental fatigue).
- Accountability sheet where there is a requirement to fill out your calories/macros, weight, sleep, water intake, training days, step count daily. This can easily be done on your phone, however, keeps me updated in real time and allows us to deal with any barriers that may arise as they come up.
- Mid challenge check in - as well as an initial consultation, we will sit down at week 6 to review your progress and review if any changes are required for the second phase.
